CBS DAS protein annotation viewer

The proteins are identified by their UniProt identifiers or accession numbers. In order to see the annotations for e.g. INSR_HUMAN simply paste that name into the window above. To submit sequences yourself, click here

The reference server for this DAS viewer is the UniProt DAS server at EBI. Currently, the following features can be viewed:

This viewer is under development; we are most grateful for comments and bug reports. In future, the DAS services provided by the BioSapiens partners will be visible here.
