System Startup

Login to system

    1) Double-click the Citrix icon
    2) Double-click gbar-bohr
    3) Type in your general student login and password
    4) Open a terminal by hitting the third up-arrow from the right in the bottom bar and select "this host"
    5) Set the correct shell by entering the command "tcsh"
    6) Type the command "source ~v5130/.cshrc.mic"
    7) Log in to CBS by entering the command "cbsterm immuxx" (xx=your group number: 01..20). Enter course password.
    8) Double-Click on "SSH Secure File Transfer" and select quick connect.
    9) Under Host Name type :genome.cbs.dtu.dk user name: immuxx port number:22 password: course password.

Start MS Internet Explorer

    1) Go to http://cbs.dtu.dk/courses/27485.imm/programmefall02.html (make this your startup homepage).
    2) Go to todays exercise.
 

Keep all theese windows open during the whole exercise!
