Kolmogorov-Smirnoff statistics
Pattern: the pattern found
#: How many times was the pattern found in the input file
Higher KS: The higher Kolmogorov-Smirnoff ratio. The higher this ratio is the stronger the trend is. This is the value that the cutoff is set for
Direction: In which end of the input file is the pattern over represented.
"-" Indicates that the pattern is overrepresented in the beginning of the file, "+" indicates overrepresentation in the end of the input file
Hypergeometric statistics
Pattern: the pattern found
-log(p) : the negative log to the p-value
# pos.: the number of patterns found in the positive set
# neg.: the number of patterns found in the negative set
Gibbs sampler
Top: The pattern found in context
Middle: Position Weight Matrices
Bottom: some statistics and the information content pr. parameter
