This page gives access to the online documentation of all the data in the datawarehousing effort at CBS. The data is split up in several main resources, that may contain several items such as relational datbases, blastable database, flatfiles, fastafiles or other data structures.

This list also shows if the data sources are offline, and when they were last updated. To browse the data resources, press here;

To get signed up for accounts to the relational databases, it requires an existing account on the system. Email Hans-Henrik Stærfeldt to get access to the relational databases once you have an account.

Users can get eccess to private database space upon request. Databases that need to be publicesed and included into the documentation system may also be so upon request.

The Relational databases is accessed through mysql, and are currently only reachable from the host genome, or through an SSH tunnel to genome.
