ClustArray 0.9 ServerThe CBS ClustArray server clusters expression data and produces an annotated graphical visualization of the clusters. It allows further analysis of individual genes with ann-spec for discovery of promoter elements, and probewiz for design of cDNA arrays of selected genes.
