Ann-spec 1.0 Server


The CBS Ann-spec 1.0 server locates common DNA regulatory patterns in a set of promoter region sequences. Note: currently works for yeast and human sequences only

Paste gene IDs (Genbank Acc#, Affy ID, yeast ORF name or yeast ORF ID accepted)
Select Organism
Select Pattern Width (bp) (Computation time increases with increasing size. Use less than 12 bp) (default 8 bp)
