FeatureMap3D - Download
The FeatureMap3D software suite
The main functionality of the FeatureMap3D server comes comes from a suite
of command line programs. The key functionality comes from the following execuables:
- getstruct
Searching the PDB database, selecting the best structures, generation of
the search datafile (the getstruct report).
- alignplot
Plotting the protein/protein alignment. Mismatches is put in three
categories according to the score on the BLOSUM62 matrix:
positive (":"), zero (".") and
negative (" ").
- 3dplot
Generates the actual PyMol scripts for creating the 3D images.

The entire software suite will soon be avialable for download on an Open Source license (GPL).
