HumLoc 1.0 Server

HumLoc 1.0 server predicts the subcellular localization of proteins. It uses existing annotations pulled from GOA and Reactome, plus predictions computed by SignalP, TargetP and TMHMM.

The whole HumLoc database, can be browsed or downloaded in CSV format. Besides, it is possible to perform queries or predict the localization of new sequences using the submission form below.

There is also a web service available for programmatic usage of HumLoc.

PORTABLE VERSION

Would you prefer to run HumLoc at your own site? HumLoc 1.0 is available as a package on a commercial license. Currently available platforms include MIPS (under IRIX, Silicon Graphics), SPARC (under Solaris, Sun), Alpha (under OSF1) and Pentium family (under Linux and CYGWIN).
