NetMHCII 1.0a Server
NetMHCII 1.0a server predicts binding of peptides
to a number of different HLA-DR alleles using position specific
weight matrices (PSSM).
Predictions can be obtained for 14 HLA-DR alleles covering the 9 HLA-DR supertypes
The prediction values are given in nM IC50 values, and strong and weak
binding peptides are indicated in the output.
The method is trained on the data publised by Wang et al. PLoS Comput Biol. 2008 Apr 4;4(4). The 10 fold
cross validated performance of the method can be found at Wang Benchmark
