The current server (online since April 8, 2008). New in this version:
- Prediction of peptide binding for 8-11 mers.
- Update of HLA nomenclature. HLA alleles are labled in accordance with the IMGT nomemclature (i.e. HLA-A*0101)
both in the input and output.
