NetTest 1.0 Server

NetTest 1.0 server is a template used for speedy creation of new prediction servers at CBS. Setting up a new server should be in three steps:

  • Create and test the program the new server is expected to use. It may not be interactive; the synopsis should be:
        prog options file.fsa ...
The input is assumed to be in FASTA format; the output should go to stdout.

  • On 'genome', copy this distribution to a new directory under :
        cd /usr/opt/www/pub/CBS/services
        cp -R NetTest-1.0 NewServer-1.0
  • Edit the files in NewServer-1.0 substituting the contents of your choice.
