I am interested
in DNA structures, and their relation to bacterial chromatin. Currently,
there are 3 main projects in progress:
1. Analysis of DNA structures in the context of complete genomes. We've finished "A DNA Structural Atlas of E.coli", and want to extend this work to a comparison of other microbial genomes (presently, there are more than 60 completely sequenced prokaryotic genomes).
