The three data sets used in the article are given below in HOW format. An entry in this format consists of the following
- The sequence length, name and other information
- The protein sequence in lines of 80 characters each
- The linear B-cell annotation, where
a "." denotes a residue that is not annotated as part of an epitope,
an "E" denotes a residue that is annotated as part of an epitope, and
an "e" denoes a residue that is annotated as being part of more than one overlapping epitope
