survplot is an add-on package for the R statistical environment. This package provides functions to complement the "survival" package, which is included in the standard R distribution.

The current version is 0.0.7 (2012-04-04).

Download survplot_0.0.7.tar.gz (source package).
Download (Windows package).

Older versions are available here .

survplot is not (yet) available from CRAN.

Please note that there is also a function called "survplot" in the package rms. To avoid confusion, I may at some future time change the name of my package/function.

Please send questions or comments about survplot to Aron.

The "colon" data set

survplot(Surv(time / 365, status) ~ rx,
  data = colon,
  main = 'Patients stratified by treatment',
  xlab = 'Time (Years)', ylab = 'Fraction surviving')
generated figure

The "aml" data set

survplot(Surv(time, status) ~ x, data = aml,
  xlab = 'Time', ylab = 'Fraction surviving',
  stitle = 'Chemotherapy', legend.pos = 'right')

Here there are exactly two strata, so the HR and logrank P value are displayed.
